Do I need to be fit before joining Locker?

Not at all. Every programme is designed with scalable progressions, so whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll be coached at the right level for your ability.

What membership option is right for me?

We offer a range of memberships depending on your goals, from full access to SYSTM (our large group training model) to class packs for flexibility. If you’re unsure, our team can help you choose the best fit.

What is SYSTM and how does it work?

SYSTM is our signature large group personal training model. It combines strength, conditioning, and performance training in structured weekly blocks. Every session is coach-led, progressive, and designed to get you stronger, fitter, and more resilient.

I have an injury, can I still train?

Yes. Our coaches can help you modify movements so you can train safely while you recover. Just let your coach know before the session, and we’ll adapt the workout to your needs.
